WOW! Cannot believe 2014 has come to an end! Many great things happened last year. My best friend got married, friends got engaged, announced pregnancies, I travelled to Rarotonga and Singapore... and then made the big move to France! Leading up to the end of 2014, Jayden had a couple of days off rugby, which allowed for us to go on a couple of day trips. First day trip was to Saint Emilion, a small historical vineyard town about 45 minutes inland from Bordeaux. One ...

... but we were still sick and sick of walking! I got an antipasto platter and Darren got a burger. My meal was delicious and perfect for such a hot day, too! Darren's was disappointing, and made him decide he wouldn't get another burger in France because they'd all been ****! After lunch we walked back down to the hotel, and found a laundromat, but by that time we couldn't be bothered anymore, so we just headed back to the ...
