... grab food to eat for breakfast. Then walked downstairs to go to the lobby.
We walked to the bus which was parked outside the hotel. When I got on the bus I quickly ate the breakfast I picked up for myself. The drive to the World Trade Center was very short. When we got to the trade center we had to go through sercurity. We also had to show our passport in exchange for an id. Once we got in the gate we had to wait for our tour guide who was running late.
The weather reports are confidently anticipating snow so yesterday I drove back into La Clusaz to purchase ski boots and get my skis waxed in readiness for some skiing. It was a beautiful sunny day but maximum temperature was just 2 C. An outdoor café in full sunshine looked so inviting in the still air that I decided to join the hardy soles already lunching there. ... of times and we jumped off the diving board heaps as well. A big storm was threatening so the life guards put an orange flag up at the beach which means 'warning a storm' so we left before the storm and got all cozy inside our apartment. In the end we just heard and saw the storm in the distance but it never came to us. We had a big dinner and went to bed thinking about going to Switzerland tomorrow. THE END From ...
