    ... and we won (17 out of 20). Our magnificent prize was a tiny gold coloured paper sticker and a small card to stick it in. There is space for 24 of these stickers and if you fill a card by winning quizzes and other competitions you win an "amazing prize" which is awarded at a ceremony at the end of the cruise.
    Now, if you won a quiz on the Anthem of the Seas.... yeah I know, "shut up".

    Well the day started REALLY early - we had to catch our Normandy tour bus at 6:30....yes, am. It's about 3 hrs out of Paris. Went to a World War II museum & had lunch there then on to Omaha Beach. No wonder it's called Bloody Beach. The Germans had it so secure that I'm surprised that any of our troops survived.     We left early for the 2 hr drive to Gigondas. We are relaxed after our village day yesterday and looking forward to the new experiences our 'weekend vacance' offers.
