... We did walk around the ramparts and see wonderful views and we did eat a reasonable pizza for lunch but we also resisted the tempation of the Ghost House and the souvenir shops. I can only hope that some of the tourist euros are going towards the fortifications' preservation.

After the market we hit the beach. Went
for a great run along the beach, passing every shape and size, from wrinkly
grannies to skinny teenage boys. Grabbed some fruit and delicious roast chicken
for a bite to eat before heading back to the gite to recharge our batteries.
