... set apart by its green color, and though it is technically a white-seeded bean, it retains chlorophyll and its pale green shade even after cooking.
Flavor wise, the bean is creamy, delicate and slightly starchy. It tends to absorb and intensify the flavor of food it has been cooked with. It has been called the caviar of beans.

We have been shopping as we go, You simply cannot drive past some of the most famous products in the world. so we bought scotch whiskey in Scotland(had to be done) Bought some Awesome Bordeaux in Bordeux(of course) Bergerac wine from Bergerac( naturaly)

... and fellow travelers in their wine cellar. No kidding, this is real cave below the property that is ancient. The tunnel was lit with candles and led into a high open space lined with shelves of wine. We had champagne and chatted with other guests. Quite the experience.
