... for the locals - which is evident at this restaurant. Pretty cool tradition for locals to drop by and they always have a table to share. The food here is unbelievable it is so good. What a night! I managed to get quite a few grand photos on my wandering around the Markplatz and many side streets while I was in Gengenbach, especially on Sunday. So on we drove in the sticky sweaty heat, across the border into France. We'd originally planned to go to Italy from Austria but the dog (and us) could just not take the heat. So we figured we'd end the trip with a little more France. It's too far to go all the way south (unless we stay away forever!) so we are thinking Brittany and Normandy will round things off nicely. After a pleasant drive we arrived in Baden-Baden and found our hotel. We had splurged for a nicer room here and it was worth it.
