The day started out pretty normal with clouds threatening and the odd drop of rain. Our goal today was to head over into France once again via the col de Balme, on the border of France and Switzerland. Well me made it, but not quite as planned... After leaving the Col de la Forclaz we headed towards the hamlet of le Peuty, but somewhere along the way we missed a turn and ended up in Trient - this was after a fair bit of downhill... The trams are great: clean, cheap, and all electric. The city of Geneva (from what I could see) was really clean too, with recycling bins everywhere there's a rubbish bin. The water here even tastes like New Zealand water! The hotel is really nice too, with big modern rooms. Definitely nice to have some space after ...

... to not only revive the games, but ultimately wanted to change the way of the world through sport. It was incredibly inspiring to see.
The children really enjoyed themselves, listening to the various displays, looking, touching and feeling the different items, and even being able to be interactive with the various Olympic torches over time. It was truly magical.
