... started.... Wrong... When we got to the recommended location at about 9:30AM there was not a single person in sight... Soon enough we learned that this location was towards the end of the parade, hence why there was no crowd yet formed. At this stage the half of the campground we had been in for the previous 2 nights was totally flooded with water up to the knees.
