Over 1.1 million people were murdered here of which 960,000 were Jewish. We also visited ...

One of the holiday pleasures for the locals is canoeing along the river that passes through Cesky Krumlov and overnight camping in small tents. ... amazing. I could of sat listening to it all night but we decided to head off to a livelier pub.

According to my map the Travellers Bar was the place to be but when we arrived there were only 5 other people there. We sat for a while but decided to call it a night not long afterwards.

On my only full day in Cesky I met Christine at the castle gates. We walked up along the wall to the lookout and the castle gardens which had really well manicured hedges. We ...
