    ... and got talking with a lovely young couple. We had a beer outside at a bar in the first sunshine of the day and had a great time discussing our various travel experiences. I really didn't want to leave, it was a lovely spot and I think wandering about in the evening would have been great with the historic buildings lit up - I regret not booking accommodation here. Matt and Megan offered me their couch for the night but I reluctantly declined. ...

    ... around the city. It's an easy place to 'get lost in' so to speak, but you are never truly lost, being able to hear the Belfry bells from absolutely everywhere. We ventured to the edge of the center and found a canal encircling it, and beyond... TRAFFIC. Because the traffic inside the center tends to be small cars that are silly enough to drive, and horses.
