RIDICULOUS hills around elham, tired me. Sunhine in Dover in the park under the castle, go into post office, BAM no parcel.... Walk around, no probs, check internet in wetherspoons and ...

... highway". The gateway was zoned in by the German artillery, so if soldiers had to go to the front through this zone, they did so quickly, and generally at night, but it still didn’t help – many died on the way out through the gateway.

We joined a walking tour by a Brit ex-pat who is married to a local – www.cavells.be Roger Steward. Roger walked us around for a couple of hours and enthralled us with tales ...
