      We visited the "man" and "women" island. Before we entered the palace with the timed guided tour, we visited Konig Ludwig II Museum. It was actually very nice, especially we knew something about his life after visiting the famed Newschwanstein. The museum had many pictures and even Ludwig II's death mask and photo. ...

      ... left late & ate up 14 mins. So we only had 2 mins to make the connection. Believe me it was just like in amazing race, as we made the 100 yard dash, at a sprinters pace to make the connection. Marilyn was about 30 yards behind as I got to the train. She was worried that I was going to leave her behind. Would I do that?

      ... VERY cold and it got down to 7 degrees there. So I wore my new warm coat – tag still on it as I hadn’t taken it off yet. We had a nice light lunch in a pretty café. On to Salzburg.
