Walked back to the Metro going down & around noticing gates closed not knowing where we were going, finally saw someone who said Metro closed - 9.30pm as they do maintenance so followed him to the bus stop, boy if we weren't hot & bothered then we sure we're when we got to the street. On our way to Vieste we stopped at Hadrians Villa. It was hard to believe that one person owned this much land. There were multiple bath houses, big libraries and large reflecting pools. But the coolest part of this villa was Hadrian's own private Island inside his estate. He had a moat built around a separate house so no one could disturb him. Hadrian was a boss.
