      ... president of France. We took a look through the ancient ruins and the very very old church. We had a very delightful lunch. It was quite exceptional really.       ... utilising all 4metres of the road, we covered a bit of ground without any serious deaths, until we made Beaulieu sur Durdogne, and tripped over a really beautiful camp, on an island, in the middle of the river and just a 300m walk to the old village. So, having settled in, we walked downtown and wandered around until we found a pleasant out-door bar under the trees in the town square, and had a couple of drinks. Amazing what a contrast with, say, Paris - 2 Stellas, ...

      ... Just Google it people...."Andouillette"..... But do it after dinner.... And to make up, they gave us an excellent creme-brûlée and creme-caramel for free.... So, we made it back to camp, after a brisk walk in the light drizzle that has now developed into steady rain..... Tomorrow....who knows.... Ask me when we are actually underway, and that still doesn't mean that is where we will end-up... So, that's all folks........ The Worrying ...

      ... DEAD ! But, we went through the castle during the morning, and it was amazing! The current owners, Poles, who are descendants of the original owners, still live in a very fine 4 story mansion within the grounds, and the castle is still furnished with many of the original, untouched furnishings and paintings , some going back to the mid 1500s, but parts of the castle still remain despite having been built in the 1200s! Some really beautiful art works ...
