We woke up to another 90 degree, humid day in Venice. We were happy not to have an action packed agenda for the day, though by its end, we felt like we got in quite a bit. Our morning began with another apartment-kitchen-contrived breakfast of champions. Not in a hurry to head out into the heat, we took our time.

... with live music. Not guitarists and drummers but rather grand pianos, flutes, oboes and the like playing romantic or fun music. It was quite entertaining and had the prices of the food/drinks not been so exhorbitant I would have suggested we eat down there one of our 2 nights in town but at upwards of 18euro for a starter dinner would have been an expensive affair for 3 people.

Sight seeing done for the day it was back to the apartment for dinner and then off to bed.
