    ... a big sign that said "Ernest". It turns out it is a famous chocolatier, and one of the best in France, so it was a great place for Jacquelien to send me.     ... up in the middle of a group of middle schoolers on a field trip. They were loud and dorky. This train brought us into France. Customs was simple. When the man handed me back my passport I said thank you in Spanish instead of French.
