... limited the time we spent in Cassis and Grasse instead! So it was a mad rush for the lift, irons, showers, etc and somehow we all managed to be back on the bus by 6.05 looking spiffy and ready for another adventure. The drive to Monaco/Monte Carlo was oh so gorgeous and I found myself having some more of those, 'I can't believe I'm here....I'm so lucky' thoughts. ... and had a Jandal blow out and HAD to buy some new sandals :-). We aren't too sure about the pebble things - makes for a very uncomfortable base to lye on on the beach! Also very hard to get in and out of the water! We had about 5 hours looking around Nicè - got some pizza and then had to head back to camp to get ready for Monaco! On the way there we stopped at a ...

On the drive to Nice, we got to see the beautiful "country" of Monaco. Which is basically just really large yachts and some fancy looking cars. Apparently when you want to live in Monaco you need to apply and the application costs $1,000,000 euros! I couldn't believe this! Who would want to even live there then.
Once we got to Nice we ran down to the ocean for a ...
