... money out (which involved going back to the car, getting the car, going to the atm etc etc) so Mike and Kyria went to get some breakfast. We couldn't see them when we came out although we walked up and down the streets looking for them so we walked to McDonalds to use the wifi (and get a frappe) to let them know we were heading towards the markets. Obviously this was a place for kids as next to it was the best kids play ground ever, the "jungle gyms" were actually large animals made out of wood and of course it was full of kids and looked like a lot of fun. We then headed into the old city to get to the park/ look out. The old city had lots ...

    Day 10: Nice

A travel blog entry by abroszczak on Jul 19, 2013

... Lemon cake with ice cream and strawberry coulee. The cake was as light as air, it was absolutely scrumptious. Luckily I managed to sneak a few bites! After all the food and all the wine we ended our meal with a cup of coffee and made our way back to the hotel. That night we didn't want to walk too far after a big day of walking so the four of us went to a nearby restaurant. We chose the restaurant because there was a sign in the ...
