Picked up the car after a hopeless search for europcar at Gare du nord station. Had some fun driving through Paris back to the hotel to pick up our bags. We cannot recommend the hotel enough. ... Paris. Then i have a train from Paris to Frankfurt airport. Then i have my flight to Shanghai at 10.30pm. Then I'm in Shanghai for 23 hours. One more hour and i would have needed to pay for a travel visa just to be in the airport. Then another 12 hours to NZ. Should be good.
