          ... have time so this was a 'lick and a promise'. Also had bought an all day ticket so wanted to get my money's worth and stop walking everywhere! The tram had it's rules up on the wall, separate rules for people, cats, dogs, fish and birds! I wonder how often anything except dogs travel?           So after resting and enjoying Paris, we got up at 3:00 am on Monday to catch a train to Milan. It was a seven and a half hour ride there, but I was lucky to get a seat next to my friend Nana, and the time passed relatively quickly.
