... to San Remo which proved to be a bit underwhelming (despite my protestatiions that it had to be nice as it was round the corner to Monaco) Bob likened it to Ramsgate. Whatever - i bought a lovely top and the pizza place was great so it's spot on in my book.

Back on the road and it was my turn to drive. I was looking forward to seeing Monaco (and learnt from Bob that Monaco and Monte Carlo are one and the same - news to me!) Sadly it was not to be and ...
