    Graham met another trathlete on the campsite and they decided to travel on the 7.30 bus into Geneva. An early start with number tattoos applied , sun cream on and pre race breakfast. I delivered them to the bus stop and went back to see if there was any other signs of life at base camp. Slowly the campers emerged and prepared themselves for the day ahead in the hot sun, We failed to get to the bus stop by 10am as planned so had to wait another half ann ...

We returned to Geneva in the afternoon by which time the roads had been shut so an enormous traffic jam made it slow progress but eventually we parked the car and Graham racked his bike and went for a practice swim. The enormous GB team gathered for the parade and we managed to meet up with Simon and Elly having successfully completed their 12 day cycle down the Rhine to Basel and getting the train to Geneva. ...

    ... that said and considering he would be older since I don't see us getting a nanny or anything anytime soon he'd be older I wouldn't mind them sitting on the bench where they could see him if he was having fun. I would be mad if I found out they were on the grass sun tanning not watching him at all.

    Their was a little boy in the pool maybe 4. He was walking on his hands pretending to be some sort of animal. He was made some sound I don't know maybe like a lion. I'm not sure ...

    ... left our apartment shortly after 8 for the train station. Overall Riley did pretty good. Between feeding him and walking around we keep him pretty entertained.

    After a few hours we transferred at Basel. This leg proved to be a bite more difficult and I expected that because it's going to be around his nap.
