The lake has 3 small islands close by so we did a visit to each by way of a very modest boat which holds about 10 people. It took about 10 minutes at a slow pace to get around each island.
Had a good look around Stresa that was a bit like Bellagio with shops on steep hillside narrow streets.

We had a late lunch and the boys share whole baked fish which was pretty tasty. After lunch we headed back for a spot of swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and a last BBQ together. After dinner we celebrated an early birthday for Ethan with a cake that Nathalie had arranged and Ben and Ethan traded birthday presents.

Following lunch we meandered up the coast line stopping at a few of the beaches and then at Ogliastro which is where we may end up hiring a boat for a day to cruise around the bays.
We got back to Agropoli and 4pm and bought some essentials from the supermarket before heading home for a swim, salad and sunset.
We left Lecce and drove about 4 hours to San Rufo. This is the town where Tom's maternal grandmother (Nana) was born in 1899 and lived until 1903 when her parents brought her to America. It was a beautiful drive through the mountains. San Rufo is located at the very top of the mountain.
