    ... a lot of shops and restaurants lining the pier. We wandered outside the closed in pier area to see more and were shocked at what appeared a poor quality of living. Although right behind the pristine dock area and expensive yachts appeared poverty stricken homes, the people we saw and talked to appeared to be in good spirits.
