... day Sunday with coffees and pan chocolar to start the day, buy the cheeses, buy the palma ham, buy the salad ingredients, wonder around the old part of the town, then back to the boat with our loot for lunch. ... museum and wandered around the streets of Beaune. I was so glad this place had been suggested and would highly recommend this area to anyone visiting the Burgundy region. It reminded me of how at the last minute we were recommended Brugge in Belgium which we also loved.

We decided to try a selection of cakes….mmmmm! We chose a domed chocolate mousse kind of creation, a raspberry macaroon with other yummy bits inside and another raspberry ...
