... I thought it was going to fill to the top and I would die. A little extreme, but it was that bizarre. I spent the rest of the day with wet ankles and squishy feet. Once outside we finally read the paragraph under the lights. "After each use the bathroom cleans the toilet and the floor". I was stuck inside the bathroom during it's wash cycle. Awesome. They should really make that more clear. Thanks Paris.

The next printed sign directs us to the Italian galleries which feature the works of masters from across 600 years. There are some gorgeous paintings here and art students would have a field day. We left Fosseuse at about 9.30am after saying goodbye to Shirley & Jean at the Chateau after breakfast and set the GPS to Mat & Lea (Lynda's friends)'s apartment in Paris. Although the GPS said just over an hour of travel, I had come to understand that my driving wasn't up to 'French speed' and that we'd need to plan to miss at least a couple of turns along the way... true to form, the swearing at the GPS ...
