... will know that I don't care for shopping. I reluctantly shop for clothes and hate shopping in supermarkets. To my amazement this 'French' supermarket had me almost hysterical with pleasure and I was like a child in a toy shop. My experience of Spanish supermarkets has not been good, most of the towns had a Lidl but they had limited stock and not always of the best quality, so it was wonderful to find a huge selection of food in France and I ...

... getting around a fifty percent strike rate of blank faces and frowns. We went to a bar at lunch, fortunately got a smiley waitress and had some tapas. Strange thing the old tapas, they're a marvellous idea when they're good but we've had quite a few now and they are a bit hit and miss to say the least. Today's were like they'd been bought from the freezer section at Tesco and they weren't even from The Finest range. In the afternoon we returned to the beach and had another ...

... that I should have retired with Clive in the afternoon the previous day, a physical and mental crossover almost proved fatal, I was that close to falling off my bike after the chase! I didn't listen to his advice. (Mentally stupid). I wanted to put in some good hard miles and so I did, but Biorhythms said no! Then more Bad Biorhythms to follow. Felt okay an hour after almost having my legs eaten, went for a nice stroll round the Rugby Stadium, after a ...
