... was a travel day, it also became a laundry day. It took a couple of hours to get caught up but we succeeded. Next it was off to Avignon supermarket for groceries for the week. We returned about 5:00 and settled in for the night. We lit a fire in the fireplace as the temperature in the old stone cottage was a bit cool. The fire, some jazz and some Côte de Rhine wine made for a lovely evening.

Had a couple of hours with the lads looking around the walled city of Avignon. An amazing history at Avignon and a very colorful city.
