    ... on the night of the 800 year celebration of the town. Everyone seemed to be out enjoying the balmy evening and free entertainment...... And so were we! We even got interviewed by a lovely guy from the local paper. The only issue was trying to negotiate the language, which is a particular dialect of German.     ... mop out and clean the floor as it was a sticky mess.

    It was such a lovely evening we decided to go for a walk to the lake and Marty stepped in doggy poo that he had a heck of a job to lose. It is really pretty with water features in their round-a-bouts, and lovely green grass and parks. I feel like I could live here.

    We are staying here for 3 nights and our room is nice and big with plenty of room.

    ... I did smell the entire meal. But apart from the most pungent cheese I have ever smelled in my entire life, the ride was great.
    Once we finally got into Geneva, we grabbed our bags and started to look for the best route to our hotel which was about a mile from the Switzerland border.
