... be him with everyone in black wetsuits and white swimming hats it's difficult to spot anyone, So we dash to the swim exit and 16 minutes later he runs up the ramp well up in his group. Now three laps of the bike course he acknowledges his support crew's cheers, five noisey supporters with Union Jack waving , no wonder he is going well. On to the run its now a breeze for Graham who runs past the faster cyclists into the home straight . 2nd GB 9th ...

Thursday The bus trip to Geneva was uneventful and we arrived at the Nash airport Hotel. Not too late a night for the travellers and the triathlete who was going to be up ...

Obviously she found ways around it but we both agreed it was a definite mental change. It got me thinking. I think I use really used all purpose flour but we have self rising. She said you have to put in an agent to make it raise. That's like baking power or baking soda? Oh man so much to learn about making.

... I brought that the other day but I got the wrong size. So I decided to go return it before meeting up with Celine. When we got to the service counter the women help me didn't speak any English. Not a problem I got across that I wanted to return it and why. She started the return but immediately I realized there was a problem. She didn't say anything but I knew there was a problem. My first thought was did I grab the wrong receipt. I got a quick look and saw that it was the right ...
