    ... aka the squat kind - and they have syringe dispensers in all public restrooms so that their drug addict population does not get AIDS. Interesting Public Health combination. On Saturday I took it easy and just went to the Museum of Art and History, which had an extensive archaeology exhibit (which I loved), and then treated myself to un pain au chocolat, my first since being here!

    ... Mark said, it's still snowing in Switzerland... But this snow was different from the previous day's... This had larger flakes, and we could almost see the snow-shapes... When we got to play in it..( as all the Aussies on the tour did...) it was "fluffy" and very soft... We could pick up giant handfuls ( to throw at each other of course ) Great fun!!!     ... were on our way. God it just felt so weird that they would just give you a car and just let you go drive on their roads. I don't know why it felt so weird but it took me like 20 minutes to get over it. Hubby laughed at me but I know he knew what I meant.

    A cycle free day today as we took a road trip to Geneva. With overcast stormy weather we backed our trusty SatNav to get us there whilst avoiding the car tax entry. Advice from our host in Annecy put us on the right track and we made our way into the lake city without a hassle.

    Aboard the Petit train for a quick tour then we footed it to the sights around the lake.

    ... this flight. We hit moderate to heavy turbulence that lasted for a solid three hours in the middle of the flight as a we flew across the Atlantic. To say it was horrible would be an understatement. You could not sleep you could not watch a movie all you could do was clutch your seat and pray this tin can doesn't go careening into the Atlantic to never be found again.
