This Saturday I spent the day in a beautiful mountain town towards Switzerland. It's not a very big town so there wasn't much to do for more than a day but it was a great day trip! We left Lyon at 7am, got there at 9am and then left around 6:30pm.

We started the day looking at the lake which is surrounded by mountains. It was so pretty and the water was so clear you could see all ...

    One day to go !!!

Okay. So one more day before the departure. I've had a few busy days this past week (as always when you travel). Between job interviews, for when I come back, and health problems, I wish I could be already on the plane just to relax.

Now, I have to read a lot about South Africa and the history about Cap Town, to be able to write good articles when I'll be there.

    Let's go!

I head up to get changed thinking I'll stroll through the village again, perhaps go to the 7:30 church service then find somewhere for dinner. The church service was packed so after wandering around I decide I'll head back and eat at the motel. After ...

... FROMAGE! It was almost wee-your-pants excitement, I swear. I learnt about the production of cheese from a cow’s nipple to the salted 35kg wheels. Here’s cheers for the free cheese! Of course I had to have the menu du jour comprising of super duper cheesy macaroni. I hate to say it but I was cheesed out. I couldn’t even eat the cheese for dessert. Biggest regret now! A food coma spread over me and I felt like I probably should’ve worn a ...
