    ... out everything about the area. Well done Neville - despite your technical problems you delivered a very interesting, insightful presentation. It's now Sunday and we drove to Cumbria to see my Cousin Laura and Family. An interesting tour of the region by Dominic and a delightful pub lunch.     ... go back to basics, lowered it a little in the down tube and released the cable to set it up from scratch. Anyway, when I released the cable, the STI stopped working, it just wasn't gripping the end of the cable properly. After some major fiddling, I saw that the cable end wasn't in the right place in the lever, which could have been the cause of today's problems. We will see if I resolved it when we ride the bike to Arèches tomorrow.

    I am moving to Geneva. And before the big move I spent a week there at the end of May. It was my first time visiting this city. To my surprise, it is much smaller than I expected. There is only 200 000 people leaving here and it seems very quiet.     ... at the UN is truly inspiring. I cannot imagine how it really works in practice, but definitely principles worth striving for. I would love to work for such a place - but that is for later.
