    Up at 7.00 am ...the usual morning rituals eg shower dress then out the door to our favourite caffe for croquet Monsieur (loosely translated to ham and cheese toastie ... But better!!) Then to the Metro (trains) ....after taking about five different trains we finally made it to the stop near the Eiffel Tower get used to standing in queues here re about an hour ..the lift took us to the second ...

    ... Space world, Frontier land, Discovery land and Adventure land. We went on every roller coaster twice. My favourite was Space mountain mission 2. You were in a dark room with lighted up planets. You got shot around the room really fast and there were some really low sudden drops plus it goes upsidedown.     ... to say we didn't buy anything but we sure did a lot of window shopping. By now we were getting pretty hungry so we took a little detour down a side street and had lunch at a cool little restaurant.     ... walk, we ate some more French cuisine, les crepes and visited Notre Dame ... Walking across pointe zero was pretty neat for them also ...we all were pretty exhausted by then, so we sat for a while outside of the cathedral ... Who can argue with a view like that? Note to self, never travel without some games to play ... I was thankful for charades on my phone, which definitely kept us awake! Wv shopped ...

    ... in front of the Louvre. We found ourselves enjoying the fresh air and sunshine as we walked within the park or had a lunch at one of the outdoor cafés. One of the lunch times we visited the gardens a large
    community fun run was taking place through the park. We enjoyed joining in the fun as spectators and cheer squad the runners past by our vantage point.
