... was so-so.
Mike got to paris late Friday evening. we tried to go to dinner at a crepe place, but we didn't have reservations and they turned us away. this was @ 10pm and most places were closing - ugh! so we just stopped in at a place on our walk back to Las Halles, and it turned out great! The waitress was very nice and we had a very good time!
... When I die someone had better honour me like this! check out the pictures for what I mean. For dinner I headed over to Rick Steve's recommended Rue Cler and picked a random cafe for eats. A few glasses of wine, some delicious Camembert cheese and bread and a small (ha!) salad...perfect! It culminated with Notre Dame and Ches’s need for a pitstop. Why would we be surprised that there was a 15
min queue for the ladies and so I suggested I buy a coffee at a nearby café and
Ches could use their toilet. Most

for a cappuccino and the French version not a patch on an Australian let alone
Italian and they put chocolate on the ...

I guess it's the fear of the unknown that is my greatest worry, that's where my butterflies over the last couple of days have come from. But I need and want to try something new.
