... she said "grand mistake". We were still half cut from the pastis. We had coffee in a little village called Aubrac and the owner of the hotel is a former model. Matt and I have been here before. Steve has decided to move to Aubrac and maybe help her out. And Sandra is going to help out Peter from the hotel a couple of days ago. ...

... some 70 km away yes there were trains but logistics and timing just did nit work. Shame as I am sure it would have been an amazing experience. Booked hotel in Pisa and confirmed the secure bike storage, received a confirmation e-mail almost straight away. Called Liz over the wi-fi (Viber app) and we talked logistics agreed on hire car etc and second night hotel would head for Parma, nice. After packing gear I took a stroll into town to try to mail some ...

... Scarlett & Gen took turns to read the English info pack about each room. It was surprisingly interesting! We all enjoyed it. The miniature models made of stones were the best bit - set out like the town, complete with river running through. We pack again tonight and tomorrow head East of Avignon for a few nights on our way to Italy. The next site looks a little more 'normal' with pool etc. I hope it has less flies! I've had my fill ...
