Breakfast this morning at Les Arty's and off to The Bridge, spectacular does not describe it, like something you might expect in space travel.

We tried to find directions to Roquefort to try the cheese but to no avail, bit of a look around Millau and decided to push a litle north along the river valley, when we found Les Vignes.

Our mission today is to see a little more of the gorge and the river Tarn, this time by car. We navigate to a point midway down the gorge as our starting point. Getting there was worth the trip alone. We climbed to over a thousand metres across high pastures , forests and craggy outcrops. ... was a really interesting place. Next stop was a signposted Caves of the Troglodytes. Expected this to be caves dug into the side of rock, hills or similar and used as dwellings. Instead they were homes half built into the banks, having been dug out rather than truly using caves. Had breakfast in Hotel de France baguette paid with vis but he disappeared out back with visa. Concern? Breakfast 12 and room 35. Walked over the mountains of the Aubrac. Very hillt through fields of cows and bulls. Lots of gates to open. The cows were pale brown in colour and had horns . Very hilly and windy. Arrived in Aubrec at lunch time. ...
