    ... br> We walked. And we walked. It was now 1pm and the sun was beating down on the path. It was at least an hour's walk, and given the brisk pace Susan and I walk at, I estimated a distance of about 6km. Whilst the first half was in the hot sun, thankfully as we got down into the valley with high cliffs either side and lush trees, there was shade relief.
