I feel so bad, I fell back to sleep & made Gabe late for school!

After dropping Gabe off at school, we headed to the Friday market in a village called, Valbonne. It was a nice drive & didn't seem to take us long to get there. Jackie & Patrick are so good to point things out along the way.

... ditched them both & was next to Gabe helping herself to his Legos, her older sister soon followed.

After dinner we went to an outdoor night market that was situated next to the water, it didn't have as much as the morning market, but it was nice to stroll around with the warm sea breeze. I don't want to get Gabe in trouble, but he was treated to the candy vendor & then hooked the floating whales for a toy. He's so sweet, walking out ...

... playground for the rich and famous – the clothes, the boats, the food – this port was an unexpected bonus.

Ambling around the town for a few hours, we enjoyed St Tropez although most shops were closed thanks to their midday siesta.

After a wonderful stroll through the streets, we hopped back on our tender. It had been a lovely day in St Tropez.

... a wine tasting which we were invited to join – very enjoyable. The old town is still relatively quiet which we enjoyed. Unfortunately the Spanish Castle which overlooks the town was closed for renovations. St Tropez, interesting to visit but stay somewhere close by, if possible.

... wine tour the next morning that Tom organised for us. Saw everything in the process from the crushing of the grapes, through the fermentation stages and to bottling! Really interesting and their final product is of super quality :) They do manage to sell 1-million bottles a year, so not everyone can be wrong!
