... point in the city, is seen as the guardian of the city and is commonly called a bonne mere (the good mother).

Once we got into town, we took the long route around the harbor, grabbed a couple drinks and headed to the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations, referred to as "Mucem".

It has to be the heat! The tomatoes are (to me ) are so sweet with very little acid, the arugula (they call it rocket salad ) is so peppery you think that someone has put intensive pepper on it. I had to make Jack taste it so he could confirm what I had just tasted. Eggs are fresh and even have ...

Saturday: So we've decided that after ALL the driving Del did i yesterday we need a day of relaxation... Off to another beach. This time to the other side of Toulon to Saint-Mandrier. We found a nice little area with some comfy beach chairs and an umbrella (some shade for Mom), planted ourselves down to enjoy the sound of waves, a wonderful sea breeze and lovely sea air. After a couple of hours, Del and Krystina went for a walk exploring the area then came ...
