The boys had a good training – Corban trained well and they beat the girl’s home. Just in time for us all to make dinner.

we thought we had burnt it but the burnt bits just looked like chocolate chips.
We then took a drive to the supermarket where Mum and Dad seem to go every day.
After quickly dropping off the food at home we drove to Servian to watch Corban’s
rugby team and check out the rules, which are slightly different to NZ so
Corban will have to get use to this.

... she met us at the school gate which was unexpected and took us into her office to take our Inscription forms and give us a few more forms to complete. She also advised us that Corban’s teach Madame Crivello was away on Teacher Development day that day and perhaps it would be a good thing for Corban to start on Tuesday when she was back – Corban gave a thumbs up and great big smile. ... skiing unfortunately, so I now am the (not-so) proud owner of a ski helmet. It is safely hidden in a bag under my sofa. I did however get some pretty ski socks, gloves and a jumper that is identical to one that I had when I was living in the Alps, but had to throw out because I wore it out. It was only 8€ so I guess that’s why it didn’t last too long!
