... taste is Wow! A warming peasant dish in the nose to tail tradition. I dont get anywhere near finishing it. Michaels Rabbit is possibly the most tender I have ever tasted. A complete contrast in that it is a work of art in taste and presentation. Served with a dollop of sauce that turns out to be tandoori based but is so subtle. Again it is on another level of yum. When we were at the beach we went swimming in the sea. We didn't have our swimming costumes so we went in nudeys. First it was cold but then ...

... Europe. The region itself ,Languedoc Roussillon,is the "south" of the south of France. The region gets an average of over 300 days of sunshine each year and has more coastline than the French Riviera to the North East. This area is everything we wanted,it is off the tourist track and is a well kept secret, with its unspoilt countryside, attractive local markets and untouched medieval villages . We are going to love our stay here. The church bell chimes on the half ...
