Tally writing... Today we arrived in the brilliant town of makarska!! We kept hearing about this place from locals and the books. Also this is the home town of one of the guys we met back in Zagreb and we promised to come see him here too! Glad we did what a cool place!! This town has everything! ... was brutally hot with some long hills but just really great views the whole way and an adorable town at the end which made a nice destination. Always best to have a goal and an end point. Felt good to get out and do something active and different, well, good in theory. Mini rant: diabetes really sucks. The whole ride there I battled lows (bad ones... started with 2) which felt pretty gross, and didn't do much for my muscles up those hills. I ...

... Dix minutes après elle revient. « Il faut payer 30 kune (€ +/- 4) par personne » dit elle. OK, pas de problème. Nous avons eu des reçus qu’il fallait montrer à la police. Retour à la police. Là ils ont pris des photocopies des reçus. Nous avons appris qu’il n’y avait plus longtemps à attendre.

Le 16 août, un inspecteur de la police à Korcula nous appelle. Il voulait nous voir pour un entretien. Pas de problème. Il nous rappelle ...
