After Athens we went to the Greeks islands of Mykonos, Paros, Naxos and then Santorini. We have been asked which was the best which was difficult to answer as each has their own points of interests. We spent most of our day on the bus again but it was worth it to get to Athens. We had a bus tour around the main sights of the city and then got to walk up to the Acropolis which had some amazing views and a really interesting history. We were then dropped in town and a few of us decided to check out the changing of the guard at Parliament House. After the tour of Acropolis we drove back into the city for a city tour and a couple of hours free time where we went Technology gadget shopping.
Back on the coach and headed for Patras, a shipping port 4 hours from Athens where we have to board a ferry to take us to Ancona, Italy a 22 hour journey.

Try and mix the sound of the “v” and ‘p” when you say the word, and you will have the pronunciation down. This drink was ordered at random by Phil. He just wanted to try something new.
