In one square fans of the Boca soccer team were chanting, waving flags and banging drums. The championship game was this afternoon, and they ended up winning - We could tell by the fireworks and horn honking. We stopped at a Havanna store - one famous for Alfajores and got one ...

He spoke of the training and the trip then illustrated his talk with photographs. Seems just as hard now as when the early explorers wandered around. There was a cocktail party before dinner then after dinner a slide presentation of the photographs people had put on the Quark computer. It gave a lovely recap to a great ...

... open restaurant. They don't open til eight, which is pretty late for us because service is slow and dinner doesn't arrive til nine and by then I could fall aslerp in my soup. The other thing is you have to be in the door promptly at eight because by ten past there's a line up. That tells me everyone else is starving too. So why doesn't someone open their doors earlier? They'd make a killing. And no one would have to wait in line outside in the really, really strong ...
