... which was the saltiest sea I've ever swam in. I can't say that you couldn't sink so don't try that but you have a good chance. It was warm and absolutely salty full of minerals......my skin was reasonably perfect before today but its now 100%.There is a big construction project on the go by my friends, Ferrovial Agroman a picture I must include.

... ve ever seen. If anyone wants to sponsor a better camera contact my office in Courtmacsherry! There is some catholic feast/festival on here at moment because the maroons are firing with the last hour all around the valley, I ran for the lifeboat station at least 3 times before I copped myself on. Sun going down now sipping a can of San Miguel while I type more south again ...

Left campsite around 9:30 and went only a short distance above he beach at El Campello, lovely nice sized place. Busy along beach and harbour. Went for a stroll to marina and all the boats are ordinary sized and not a rich man's playground. Towering (literally) above the harbour is an old lookout tower built to keep a watch for Barbary pirates, a familiar problem to that suffered by Baltimore in Co. Cork. Today I finished a big exam of Historia de América (that is LATIN America just to clarify), and what relief I feel! My professor in this class was pretty strict and the readings were quite demanding, but in I enjoyed taking this course because of the subject in general. I have taken a lovely nap, and am now in a great writing mood.

... Carcasonne. We finally made it to Gibraltar the other day. Pretty "interesting" concept going on down there. The kids loved the apes. The rock was a bit of a terrifying drive for those who aren't fond of heights. Very cool to see Africa from there. The war tunnels are amazing.
