We were exercising for 3hrs non stop.

When we got back we relaxed until lunch time then Mum cut our hair and we headed to the beach Valras Plage. At the beach we played with the beach ball rackets and ball and went out for a swim. ... for us. So, here we are at Narbonne, a very warm night and surprisingly quiet even though in a very busy area of the city. Another great coffee too, I know it is in a large multi store complex in Narbonne but the coffee is great and has remained so since we first came six years ago. A good stopover en route to the sun and also a very good selection of Muscat, sadly the more money spent on Muscat the better it is, by far! Coffee first Muscat ...
