    • The last place took 30 euros for shower and dock keys promised to open up at 8 am but hadnt shown by 20 past, and I wanted to get going before the wind filled in.

    ... hooligan of course, though supposed to be fine in themorning.

  • Most of the bars and shops are on the beach over 2.5 kms away!
  • The only good thing is that there is one bar close to the marina, and they have closed the road and got a group thundering away as we speak, their not terrible but not a patch on the boys ...

    ... we were able to go quite far out and the boys were able to jump off the boat and slide into the water. The water was cold, but it was quite refreshing. We then headed home for supper, wine and a quiet night at home.

    Tomorrow is our last day in France. We have had such a good time and we wish we had more time here, even though we are looking forward to going to Italy on ...

    ... and given a key for our personal, yes personal, sanitary block. The site is pretty big and pretty much all the pitches have no grass,due to the heat me thinks. As usual set up and went for a wander round to find out where everything was. Decided it was so hot that we needed a cool off, the lake did look inviting but as there was no one else in we decided to plump for the pool and boy was it wonderful.
