... was a bit more rugged with bumps, roots and big puddles to navigate through with the buggies. Just part of the fun! We walked for about an hour. Tygo and Beau enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Across the road from the carpark was cafe so we had coffee in the sun before heading home.

A VERY early start at 3:30am to make our flight from Dublin to Eindhoven in the Netherlands. A coolish overcast day with rain threatening.

Monika took us out to Cloppenburg Museum Village where Peter had a stall to sell his ironmongery. Peter, Monika's partner, makes & sells decorative iron works for the garden ranging from pot stands to small rotundas fabricated from steel bars & tubes. He also makes iron statuary & in Monika’s garden is a metre high dinosaur of his.

The Netherlands completed.

Setting up their tent in the rain was the lovely English family, Helen & Chris with their 2 boys-Thomas(13) & George (10). They were on a 6 day cycle tour of the Netherlands. Feeling their ...

... extruding machine that lays out parallel lines of grass, promenade, shoreline with steps down through the fixed-in-place boulders at absolutely regular intervals. If you did make it to the sea - we saw no sand - it looked like a straight immersion into turbulent effluent.
You will see in the pictures that two-seater basket-like wind breakers are provided, laid out in serried ranks on a large paved area.It would appear that ...
