    ... annoying. the table land by it self is a pretty nice place, especially for photography. You will have a 360 deg view of panchgani, and the sunset looks really nice. apart from that most other places will have similar offerings.


    Nice place to relax for a couple of days, quite a few places to visit in and around panchgani and mahabaleshwar. many "points" to see, but the highlight will have to be the food.

    ... We experienced heavy fog on our drive and so even though we were very close to the windmills we could barely see them. The weather was excellent, the air unpolluted and it was nice to be away from the madness of city life. We almost didnt want to come back to Mumbai. Alas! routine life beckoned .

    It has been a week since I returned and though I did get a mild allergic attack it was well worth it :).

    Our time in Mumbai has gone so quickly- our last week came around too soon!

    Last Sunday we made it up to the somewhat disappointing Sanjay Gandhi national park for a bit of fresh air. However, at the absence of any obvious walking paths and some slightly confusing signs, we soon found ourselves queuing for the lion and tiger safari amongst everyone else who was also visiting the park that day.
