      ... is rather steep and at such high altitude my poor little low powered Transalp was struggling to catch the three bikers ahead. I had her throttle wide open but she just did not seem to want to pull very much and only then does one realize just how steep these pass roads really are.

      Finally I'm behind them and all four of us head on up the pass as a group. At the summit I stopped and they continued down the twisty section below the summit making for good photographs.

      ... worldwide and 2,500 in their Ditzingen operation (near Stuttgart), which is like a little village. It is a very modern facility and spread over multiple buildings, which are all connected by a series of underground passages which protects them during the harsh winters.

      ... my hiking boots. In fact there seem to be more back country / sporting stores than fashion stores.
      I like Zurich. We found a lot of the places my sister and I explored as well as the 'Walking Tour' sites marked out on the map. Again we enjoyed wandering without any real plan.

      Quick entry to reflect a lunch stop in Liechtenstein. This tiny country is most famous for selling postage stamps, and the fact that almost every European tour operator includes a few minutes here so they can boast of another country visited. Now that I think about it, maybe that 's what we did :-)

      ... not adhering to the reboarding times, we commenced our 2 hour drive back to Zurich along Lake Walen, at the foot of the Churfirsten mountain range. Although late, Marcello requested the driver to make an unplanned 5 minute stop so we could see and photograph Lake Walen's beautiful scenery. Yet again, the same people were late reboarding the bus.
