I decided to push on and find a place to stay along the road running east. A sign with “Zimmer Frei 30 Francs” (about US$22). Greets me when I roll into a town called Muster. I park the bike and remove some gear and walk inside. The man behind the counter asked “Are you alone”. “Yes” I answered. Then he says: I only have a room for 4 people so ...

Finally after what feels like hours and hours, I reach Plaken. Like Triesenburg, it's mostly just large, modern houses--no historical core here. It's time to continue on. Just down the road is my 4th Liechtenstein town: Schaan which is actually the largest "city" in the country. Not a lot to see here, other than a nice stone Anglo-style church--and a billboard with a Bible verse, and graffiti sprayed over it that says "STOP MISIONERUNE" I take it that means "stop missionarying us!".
