In a nutshell- Cousin Corrado took us all over Lake Como, including to the castle where they filmed Casino Royale, and George Clooney's place! He took us up the mountain side. We always thought that we were at the top, but then we went higher! We went for a walk around the area. We went down to S. Segmente for an expresso and then up into the hills. We also went to Lugano Lido where Corrado works in Switzerland for a fun day of swimming. The ...

We've got a Ford Galaxy with 8 seats (leather), a sunroof, tray tables for the boys and more random compartments than we could possibly use. We still had time to kill after dinner before our ferry came - there was a live band outside playing polka music - literally they were ...

... until 7pm for dinner. Italians eat dinner late and linger for hours. It makes it hard a times to find a quick quality dinner. I consulted Trip Advisor on my phone and found this little local family spot that is part of a hotel. When we walked by - we weren't even sure it was open as no one was in there. Through the window, I saw a guy in a chefs outfit walking around which was a hopeful sign. Amy suggested we just go in and ask if they were open - it ...

... this very narrow road, avoiding the parked cars and trucks. It took us a while with Michael out giving directions, but eventually we reached the bottom with no incidents. After that experience, we decided we would just go home. We headed back to the ferry terminal and there was a half hour wait. When the ferry attendant saw Wendy reversing into a waiting space she came out and yelled at the bus driver taking up space and a couple of motor cyclists, told them in ...
