    A sunny day for our crossing, so we went up on deck and met several dog owners exercising their pets, plus other people doing various interesting trips. Once back in the cabin, Tricia set about writing christmas cards!! There won't be much time for that once we return, so it is a good idea.

    I had a chat with one of the hospitaleros, played with and pet their sweet but dirty golden retriever. Me and Ryan also took a walk behind and below our hostel, which opened up to this vast wetland or blue and green plant life. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We were optimistic that tonight we would finally catch up on some sleep.
