THE LOLLIE

A travel blog entry by martin.evans

At Toulouse we stayed in a hotel called Privilege. It is a pretty small room for four people so it's a bit messy. At the castle of carcassone in carcassone we bought a bag of lollies with: marshmallows, sour straps, gummy frogs and bears, chewing gum and red liquorice! TASTY.
We still haven't eaten all of the lollies though.

It just seemed to get hotter and hotter and after dinner we had a cracking thunder storm and torrential downpour.

Back at the campsite it was still very hot and of course the inevitable happened - the sky darkened and we ended the day with a downpour!

... the bottom of their garden. The only downside is that our dogs are too rowdy. They bark, and Amos lies down on a flower bed. We do a little house hunting while in the area, just to see what can be bought for the money we would spend. I'm quite confident that when the time comes, we will find something lovely. We visit Laguepie, St Antonin Noble Val, Najac, Caylus, and many other little villages and hamlets. The sun ...
