    ... all up the Maurienne valley has been cloudy and rainy – and snowy higher up – all day. Generally grim in other words. Here is actually sunny, albeit a bit chilly.

    The other thing is I have just had a cappuccino in Italy. There was no chocolate powder on top. Just frothy milky coffee. I have no idea if that’s an authentic cappuccino or not, but it tasted good.

    ... of heights and surprisingly my ears didn't bug me or at least no more than usual. I noticed though that I had problems breathing and I guess even a little bit of vertigo.
