After leaving Moraira at 10 I went along the coast for Calp as my camping guide book has a recommended place. The drive along the road is beautiful, the rock cliff on my right and the sea laid out before me to the left. Arrived in the small town of Moraira about 11 and I suppose now that I'm less than 100 kM from Alicante things would be different. A highly developed tourist resort but luckily the town is only .5kM from coming into town to the sea. Therefore easy to get around on foot. Gone are the butchers and local shops instead there are at least 6 businesses selling property to English speakers. It has an Irish pub and a British one.....the hours are a ...
